How does TRACY work?

Service providers sign up to TRACY

Create unique QR codes with the TRACY tool

Place the QR codes on tables, menus etc

4.

Guest scans the QR-code and enters their contact details

5.

Service provider can see how many guests have entered their details into TRACY

If necessary, the service provider can request the contact details of those who entered them via TRACY

7.

Customer data gets deleted after the mandatory amount of time

Advantages of doing contact-tracing through TRACY

MINIMAL WORK FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND GUESTS
All the guests have to do is scan the QR-code that gets placed in convenient places by the service providers. They quickly type in their data – voila – that’s it!
SAFE – ESPECIALLY REGARDING DATA PROTECTION
The guests’ data is saved securely following GDPR rules. After the mandatory amount of time, the data gets deleted again.
EASY TO USE FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND GUESTS
TRACY makes contact tracing for service providers simple. Just create the unique QR codes. Optionally, the checkout feature can be activated, where the average duration of stay is defined. The “Remember Me” function means that guests only have to type their details in once – the next time they go somewhere using TRACY their details are already filled out for them, ready to be submitted.
