Your tasks

  • Primary contact person for our B2B customers (1st & 2nd level support)
  • Reproduction of bugs and in-depth error analysis, log file analyses and analysis of interface problems
  • Independent root cause analysis and troubleshooting of technical customer problems
  • Prioritisation of tickets and escalation management (major incidents)
  • Creation of documentation and knowledge content
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • On-call duties

Your profile

  • Training in the field of IT or relevant work experience in the IT industry
  • Experience in (technical) customer service
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Team player with hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Freshdesk, Jira and Confluence an advantage
  • SQL skills are an advantage

For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 2.400,- per month (full time – 38.5h/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience!
