Finance / Controlling Lead – Alturos (f/m/d)

Alturos Destinations is a leading provider of travel technology software, specializing in solutions for destination marketplaces. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled controlling professional with hands-on qualities and expertise in digitalization at our Klagenfurt location.

Alturos Destinations is part of the publicly traded Constellation Software Inc. (CSI) and belongs to the portfolio of the Juniper Group.

Your tasks

  • Analysis of KPIs to identify potential optimizations and derive measures.
  • Liquidity management and working capital responsibility for the Alturos Group.
  • Point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, banks, and investors during audits.
  • Coordination of financial requirements between the owners and our company.
  • Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local law.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Preparation and updating of financial forecasts.

Your profile

  • Completed studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting.
  • Several years of experience in a leading controlling or finance function, ideally in a software company.
  • Very good knowledge of IFRS and national accounting standards.
  • Hands-on mentality and operational strength.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with external auditors and audits.

For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 4,500 per month (full-time – 38.5 hours/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement. We offer a higher salary based on qualifications and experience!
