About us

Alturos Destinations is an international key player whose solutions ensure perfect planning and implementation of digitalization strategies in tourism. Due to many new and innovative projects, we are strengthening our team in Klagenfurt, Götzis or remotely.

Your tasks

  • Marketing automation via multiple channels such as email, push notifications, etc. in our communication solution EMMA along the entire customer journey
  • Independent implementation of basic setups for new customers with “EMMA”
  • Conducting “EMMA” customer training courses
  • Analysis and processing of customer support requests
  • Good understanding of complex relationships
  • Creation of documentation, training materials, FAQs, checklists, video tutorials, etc.
  • Interface with the R&D team in case of technical requirements

Your profile

  • Completed technical or business training with a focus on online marketing or communication and/or relevant professional experience
  • HTML & CSS knowledge in the newsletter context and/or experience with customer engagement platforms, ideally “Braze”, are a prerequisite
  • Analytical and creative way of thinking
  • Experience in an agile and dynamic environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • High willingness to learn, especially in relation to technology
  • High technical affinity with data structures and a connection to tourism is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of German & very good knowledge of English

For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 2.900,- per month (full time – 38.5h/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience!
