We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategies and initiatives, focusing primarily on B2B lead generation to propel our business growth and brand recognition.
Your tasks

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, focusing on B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.

Lead and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.

Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget forecasts.

Plan and manage social media platforms, tailoring strategies to specific channels and B2B audiences.

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop strategic activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

Spearhead the use of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and other techniques to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads.

Oversee and streamline lead generation and conversion processes using CRM and other marketing automation tools.

Manage the brand’s presence on digital platforms, ensuring optimal engagement and positioning.

Manage the selection and brand presence of trade shows worldwide.

Responsible for the Alturos Summit customer and partner conference.

Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and lead generation teams and oversee their daily activities.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Marketing leader or similar role with a focus on digital marketing and B2B lead generation.

Demonstrable experience with digital B2B lead generation marketing techniques.

Extensive experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

Strong understanding of CRM software, data analytics, content management systems, and SEO tools.

Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Strong team leadership, budget management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
