For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 5,000 per month, plus performance-based variable compensation (full-time – 38.5 hours/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement (IT-Kollektivvertrag). We offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience!

Who we are looking for
You will take over operational leadership of our Sales & Marketing team for Destination OS and Skiline and build a strong, growth-oriented sales organization. You will be responsible for pipeline, forecast, and quota allocation, reporting directly to the executive management – acting as the central interface between sales, product, and management.
Your tasks
- Building and leading the sales team, both professionally and personnel-wise (hunting & farming)
- Managing pipeline and forecast, with responsibility for forecast accuracy
- Implementing the pricing strategy and continuously developing the sales process
- Quota allocation and performance management within the team
- Reporting and forecast responsibility to the executive management
- Close coordination with our Product Management and Project Management
Your profile
- Several years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in building or scaling sales teams
- Confident handling of CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, affinity for numbers, and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills at both leadership and customer level
- Fluent German, good English
