Who we are looking for
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for acquiring new customers for our SaaS solution in the DACH region: from the first point of contact to contract signing. You independently build a pipeline, identify opportunities, drive deals to close – and grow with your successes.
Your tasks
- Active new business acquisition in the DACH region – outbound, events, networking, referrals
- Systematic development and management of a qualified sales pipeline
- Independent lead qualification, needs analysis, and solution presentation
- Support in building a modern AI-powered sales process
- Closing-oriented negotiation through to contract signing
- Ownership of First Contract Value (ARR & one-off revenue)
- Structured handover to the operations team following contract signing
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Project Management
- Representation of Alturos Destinations at industry events and trade fairs
Your profile
- Pursuing and achieving ambitious sales targets comes naturally to you
- Strong closing ability
- High self-motivation and self-discipline
- Structured, data-driven working style (pipeline hygiene, CRM usage)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region
- Strong understanding of customers and their needs
- Excellent communicator with an authentic personality
- Fluent German (C2), strong English skills

- Employment: For this position, the annual base salary is approx. EUR 58,000, plus variable compensation components
- Independent sales agent (§ 1 HVertrG): For experienced sales profiles who prefer maximum flexibility and full upside – collaboration on a commission basis in accordance with Austrian commercial agency law. You will receive a defined commission model for every closed.
