Who we are looking for
We are looking for a creative, motivated and reliable personality at the start of their career – a true all-rounder. You enjoy designing, you deliver quickly, and you want to grow in several disciplines at once rather than specialising early.
Your main job is hands-on execution: you build our newsletters and campaign emails, design the graphics that go with them, keep our website and social channels up to date, and support sales with presentations and materials. You will get structured onboarding, clear templates and an experienced contact person in marketing.
Your tasks
The role is split across five areas. The mix shifts with the season – more campaign work in winter, more foundational work on templates and materials in summer.
- E-Mail & Marketing Automation
- Building and sending newsletters, campaign and lifecycle emails in our marketing automation tool (Braze)
- Preparing copy, images and graphics for email distribution
- Maintaining and improving our email templates, distribution lists and segments
- Test sends, rendering and link checks before every dispatch
- Simple reporting (open and click rates) and deriving small improvements from it
- Graphics & Design
- Designing graphics for mailings, social media, website and presentations
- Image editing
- Ensuring a consistent, brand-compliant (CI/CD) presence across all channels
- Contributing to reusable templates for email, slides and one-pagers
- Content & Sales materials
- Contributing to B2B sales materials: presentations (Keynote/PowerPoint), one-pagers, success stories
- Translating technical product content into clear, target-group-oriented messages – together with product management and sales
- Writing shorter formats (email copy, posts, website sections, captions) in German and English
- Website & Social Media
- Ongoing maintenance, updating and smaller design adjustments of our website in the CMS
- Creating and scheduling posts, primarily on LinkedIn
- Keeping the editorial and send calendar up to date across all channels
- Organisation & Sponsoring
- Keeping our image, video and template library organised and up to date
- Supporting sponsoring activities
Your profile
- Completed education with a design or communications focus (technical/business college, university of applied sciences, university) – or equivalent practical experience
- First practical experience from an internship, working student role, agency, side projects or your own work. Career starters are explicitly welcome
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or comparable tools such as Figma
- Confident use of Keynote and/or PowerPoint
- A basic understanding of email marketing: newsletter structure, subject line, call to action, distribution lists
- An eye for layout and typography, and the discipline to follow an existing CI rather than reinvent it
- Very good German and good English, written and spoken
- An independent, structured and reliable way of working – you finish what you start
- A portfolio or work samples, including from your studies or side projects
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with a newsletter or automation tool (Braze, Mailchimp, CleverReach, HubSpot or similar)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates and smaller website adjustments
- First exposure to a CMS (WordPress or a headless CMS)
- First exposure to Odoo or a comparable CRM/ERP
- An affinity for travel, mountain and winter sports
What we offer
- Flexible working models: remote work options and a family-friendly company culture
- Sport & wellbeing: bike leasing, participation in company sports events (runs, company triathlon, ski day, or simply our year-round swimming group) – if that’s your thing
- Development: take advantage of training opportunities and grow into an expert in digital tourism
- Modern work environment: flat hierarchies and exciting projects
