Alturos Destinations presented at the Tourism Fast Forward conference
Smart Data in Tourism | Open Data/Knowledge Graph in Tourism | Customer journey in the destination – these are just some of the topics that were discussed on October 6th and 7th, 2021 at the Tourism Fast Forward conference, which took place at the Europahaus Mayrhofen / Zillertal.
Alturos Destinations was of course also present as a sponsor and speaker at this eTourism conference. Alturos used “EMMA” at the TFF to demonstrate live communication throughout the entire event and informed the participants about the organizational process, collected questions during the lectures and obtained reviews of the speakers. In addition, our CEO, Gilberto Loacker, held an exciting workshop on the topic of “Digital real-time communication along the user journey”. Using tried-and-tested examples, Gilberto Loacker showed how live marketing works with the “Destination OS” platform from Alturos in conjunction with Contentful and the survey tool Screver.
A simple user journey was designed and communication tools – such as push notifications, journey cards and personalized emails – were used to inform the target group along their user journey and motivate them to purchase the regional offers. The workshop was very well received by the guests. Many contacts were made and an interesting exchange took place between all conference participants.
